Project Engineer
Shelly joined the ERC team in 2024; A Colorado native Shelly has been able to enjoy all the amazing aspects of Colorado’s playground.. Growing up she spent time outside playing on the family farm, in ditches and lakes, raising pets, camping, fishing and hunting. After graduating from Poudre High School. Shelly spent a year at Aims Community College in Greeley, Colorado where she decided she wanted to be an engineer. Shelly moved on to graduate with a B.S. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
“Shelly is an experienced environmental professional with over 30 years in the industry. She has served in leadership roles for engineering and construction firms for 26 of those years, successfully completing tasks related to contract management, regulatory compliance, environmental engineering, and construction.”
When not in the office, Shelly spends her free time rockcrawling on big steep rocks, rock hounding, car racing, biking, golfing and skiing.
I am excited to join the ERC team and look forward to utilizing my skill set within this vibrant environment.
After a childhood living on the Front Range of Colorado, and developing an affinity for exploration and adventure in the natural world,
Diane graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree, where her passion for wetland science was sparked by her mentor, Dr. Frank Golet, creator of the Cowardin Classifications System for Wetlands.

Landon grew up roaming the rivers, mountains, and deserts in his home state of Utah.

Monika grew up camping under the towering redwood trees in California. She loves the outdoors and after earning her B.A. from UC Berkeley became a seasonal outdoor educator.
Morgan is a graduate of the University of South Florida and worked in water resources before moving west to Colorado in 2018.
Natalie grew up on the beaches and in the streams of Maui, Hawai’i. From a young age, she spent her time exploring tide pools, snorkeling with tropical reef fish, cliff jumping,
Born and raised in Nepal, Sharad always loved to get lost in nature. He received his B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.S in Water Resources Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
