Private Development Project, Douglas County, Colorado

ERC was contracted by the private development team to complete baseline environmental documentation for a proposed mixed use development covering more than 1,500 acres across three separate parcels in Douglas County, Colorado. As part of the team’s planning process Ecological Resource Consultants, Inc. (ERC) provided baseline documentation of natural resources including, migratory bird, eagle and raptor survey, threatened and endangered  species screening, burrowing owl survey, aquatic resource delineation and cultural resource assessment.  ERC obtained Endangered Species Act compliance, an Approved Jurisdictional Determination and Clean Water Act Section 404 authorization through the US Army Corps of Engineers Denver Regulatory Offic
