ERC provides clients with specific environmental investigation and compliance coordination with local, state and federal regulation.  ERC staff's is highly experienced in understanding complex environmental issues to assist in effectively obtaining project authorization.  ERC specializes in Clean Water Act Section 401 and 404 permits, local wetland/buffer zone regulations, grading permits, Endangered Species Act consultation, NEPA, Migratory Bird Treaty Act and NPDES permits.

 

Phase I Envoronmental Site Assessments

ERC performs Phase 1 ESAs using ASTM Standard E-1527-05 protocol. ESAs are preformed to identify potential environmental concerns at a property and protect new property owners against historic environmental liability under the Innocent Landowner Defense. We take great pride in producing a comprehensive, quality report providing appropriate documentation, photographs, illustrations, and appendices for our clients. Our Phase I ESAs are often conducted in conjunction with wetland and T&ES screening to provide clients with the full range of environmental topics as part of the due diligence process.

Clean Water Act- Section 404 Permitting

In the event that a proposed project will impact jurisdictional wetlands or Waters of the U.S., ERC provides complete professional consultation all aspects of the ACOE 404 permit process. Our expertise in the wetland sciences, knowledge of 404 requirements and working relationships with the ACOE Denver and Southern Colorado Regulatory Offices, as well as Frisco, Western and Durango Regulatory Offices facilitates efficient permit preparation, coordination and receipt of authorization.
